I have a 2003 Honda Civic, slowly very slowly i have added afew mods to it. I started out by moding the exhaust to it. then with allowing the car to exhale i needed it to be able suck some air in so i bought a short ram air intake off ebay for like 10 bucks plus shipping. with now having a car that sounded aggressive you need to make the the look aggressive, am i right? then i found a body kit for it. after installing that which by the way was a huge pain in the neck, i put in some racing seats.
all the mods i did have been fairly cheap the exhaust was cheap because i bought the pipe from a local garage. a couple buddies and myself bent and expanded the pipes with the help of a few cases of beer. by the time we finished the beer we had the exhuast bent expanded and welded together. just one problem we didn't have any more beer left and we still needed to hang the exhaust and clean up the garage. so we did what any person would do we got walked to the nearest store got more beer and went to finish the job. morale of the story dont tell friends you'll pay for all the beer they can drink while working on your car. the beer cost almost as much as all the materials.
the funny thing is that i didnt learn from that lesson when we put the body kit on. that was even more beer than the exhaust system. and spanned over two days because we got too drunk to mess with the car, thank god they paid for the next couple of cases after the car or else i wouldnt have been able to put the seats in.
the seats i bought real cheap they where a floor model at some store and they didnt have the mounting brackets so i had to call up my buddies and we drank more and fabricated up some brackets from the oem ones.

WHY IS IT BEER TASTES SO MUCH BETTER ON A BARSTOOL OR UNDERNEATH THE HOOD OF A CAR?
